In this session, we complete our exploration of the 3rd component of our GenJ framework: Engaging in Partnership. 

We highlight three roles that disciple-makers/mentors need to embrace in order to provide tailor-made support: 1) Spiritual Parents, 2) Spiritual Patterns and 3) Spiritual Partners.

We provide some growth indicators that could assist you in identifying your mentee’s stage of development. We conclude the session with an opportunity to set up some action plans to incrementally support your mentees and group members in their spiritual development.
