These terms apply when you use genj.com.au and courses.genj.com.au, which are run by Generation Jesus Ltd (ABN 92 683 194 765, ACN 683 194 765), trading as GenJ Church. By using either site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.

1. [01]Using our website

   You may use our websites for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not:

   • use them for anything unlawful,
   • try to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to them,
   • send spam or false information through our forms, or
   • copy large parts of them automatically.

2. [02]Our content

   The words, teaching, photos, video, logos and design on our websites belong to Generation Jesus Ltd or the people who made them, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

   You are welcome to share links to our pages and videos. To reuse our content in any other way, please ask us first at hello@genj.com.au.

3. [03]What you send us

   When you send us a message or fill in a form, please make sure what you send is accurate and yours to share. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

4. [04]Courses and accounts

   Our courses at courses.genj.com.au need an account. Please keep your login details private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. We may change, pause or withdraw courses, and we may close an account that is misused.

   Gifts made through our website are covered by our Giving Policy.

6. [06]Accuracy

   We work to keep our websites accurate and up to date, but details such as times, venues and events can change. Please check with us if something matters to you.

7. [07]Links to other websites

   Our websites link to other services, such as YouTube, Instagram, Tithe.ly and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

8. [08]Our responsibility to you

   Our websites are provided free of charge and as they are. To the extent the law allows, Generation Jesus Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of them.

   Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

   These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
